# How to Create a Bill After creating your account, you will reach the **Dashboard**. ### Step 1: Add a Party * Click on the **“+”** button to add a new party/customer. * Enter the party details. * If the party is already registered on Kyatran, you only need to enter the mobile number — the remaining details will fill automatically. * Click **Save**. ### Step 2: Open the Party * After saving, go back to the Dashboard. * The party name will now appear on the main page. * Click on the party name. ### Step 3: Create Invoice * If you are giving goods or services on credit (udhaar), select the invoice option accordingly. *(Cash billing works differently.)* * After opening the party, you will see the **Invoice** option at the bottom. * Click on **Invoice**. ### Step 4: Add Goods or Services * Now you do not need to enter party details again. * Simply add the goods or service details. * To add multiple items, keep clicking the **“+”** button. * Even for a single item, you need to click the **“+”** button once to add it to the bill. ### Step 5: Save the Bill * Click the **Save** button. * Your bill/invoice will be created successfully. You can now: * Share the invoice directly * Download the bill * Send it to your customer easily Kyatran makes billing simple, fast, and professional for every business.

Whenever you create a new account on the app or website, after OTP verification you will be asked to enter your company details and select your user type. This information is important because it helps generate accurate bills and invoices according to your business profile. Even if any information is entered incorrectly, you can easily update and correct it later from the **Company Master** section. ------------------------------ ## How to Create an Invoice on Kyatran App/Website: A Step-by-Step Guide If you want to create digital invoices for your business, Kyatran is an excellent platform. Whether you are GST registered or unregistered, making a bill here is incredibly simple. Let’s walk through the process: ## Step 1: Sign-up and Verification First, visit the Kyatran website or download their app. Enter your mobile number and log in using the OTP verification. ## Step 2: Fill in Company Details Once logged in, a page will open where you need to provide your business information: * Name and Address: Enter your shop or company’s name and correct address. * PIN Code and State: Select your area PIN code and state. * GST Type: If you are not registered for GST, there’s no need to provide a number. If registered, enter your GSTIN. * After filling in the details, click the Save button. ## Step 3: Add a Party (Customer) Now you will be redirected to the main page. To create a bill: * If you want to create a bill for a credit sale or a specific customer, click on 'Party +'. * If the party is already added, their details will appear just by entering their mobile number. * If it’s a new party, fill in their details and click Save. ## Step 4: Prepare the Invoice * Select the party you created, and you will see the Invoice option below; select it. * Now fill in the item details: Item Description (Product name), Rate, GST Rate, and Discount. * After adding one item, click the '+' icon. If there are more items, continue adding them the same way. ## Step 5: Save and Share the Bill After adding all items, click Save. Your invoice is ready! Now you can: 1. Download it as a PDF. 2.
